原則として、キャンセル・返品・交換はできません。 万が一お届けした商品が不良品の場合、ご注文内容と異なる商品が届けられた場合、商品交換の手続きを行わせていただきます。商品到着後7日以内にオンラインショップのコンタクトフォームよりご連絡ください。ご注文の際は商品ページやサイズガイドなどで十分に商品の内容をご確認くださいませ。
商品不良・汚損・破損や異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡のうえ、ご案内する返送先までご返送ください。商品到着時に、商品と同梱されていた書類(販売証明書)につきましても、必ずご返送いただきますようお願いいたします。※ 商品をお送りいただく際は事故防止のため、配達記録が残る宅配便で下記宛先までお送りいただき、配送伝票は必ず保存してください。お品物(ケース等にお入れください)、取扱い説明書、メモ(お客様名・電話番号・返送内容を明記)をご一緒にお送りください。交換商品の発送は、ご返送いただいた商品が到着し、未使用の確認をさせていただいた上で、当社にて該当商品をご用意でき次第発送いたします。交換の該当商品の在庫がある場合に限らせていただきます。在庫切れ等により交換がお受けできない場合には、返金にて対応させていただきます。ご了承くださいませ。商品不良・汚損・破損や異なる商品が届いた場合の、ご返送される際の配送料金は負担させていただきます。※土曜日・日曜日・祝祭日・年末年始をはさむ場合、対応にお時間をいただく場合がございます。予めご了承くださいませ。

In general, cancellations, returns, and exchanges cannot be made. If by any chance the product delivered is faulty or what you received is a different item, we will proceed with the exchange. Within 7days of the arrival of the product, please contact us through our online contact form. Please pay close attention to the details of the product such as size guide when ordering. We are unable to accept an exchange for the following items. Please pay close attention.
- Customer’s personal circumstances (metal allergy, wrong size and such).
-     Actual product looks different from pictured (product image may look different depending on the setting of the device used, please take this into consideration.)
-     More than 8 days has passed since the product arrived.
-     Product has been used.
-     Proof of purchase is misplaced.
-     Damage and/or dirt caused by careless handling by the customer.
Condition of the product is largely different from the time it was shipped (including packaging and accompanying items).
Please contact us to inform and return the defective, filthy, and damaged item, or incorrect item in your order within 7 days of arrival of the product along with the documents that were included (such as proof of purchase) to the location specified.  *When returning the product, to avoid accidents, please make sure to use a delivery service that leaves the delivery record, send it to the following address, and keep the delivery slip. Please send back the product (place it in a case), handling manual, and memo (customer’s name, phone number, content of the item returned) together. After the item is returned and is checked that it has not been used, we will send you the replacement item when it is available. Limited to the case when we have the replacement item is in stock. When there is no replacement item available in stock, we will not be able to exchange, so will refund the cost of the product. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If the returned item is defective, filthy, damaged, or incorrect in your order, we will cover the shipping fee for the return.
